Will BlackBerry's new line of 4G devices work with a 3G simcard? Or do we have to get new sim cards from carriers? I am specifically referring to AT&T. I don't want to upgrade so I am planning on purchasing a unlocked 9900 without a contract.

You use the same SIM, the only thing 4G refers to is their branding of their HSPA+ network as a 4G network for marketing purposes.
