Only smartphones I have owned have all been BlackBerry. I had messed Ios and Android devices to help people having issues on them. That alone is enough to tell me I do not like the os's.

Android phones are so prevalent that I just "end up" with them from people around me.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 and a Note 1 collecting dust in my room given by my family members.

I tried to use them for YouTube purpose until I found out that they cannot play videos while minimized. And the "official" YouTube app shows all of the advertisements before videos, unlike Supertube I use for my BlackBerry phones.

Op you should step across the line and see for yourself. You don't want the temptation of trying out a new OS to eat away your soul. I'm confident you'll come back in a heart beat because there is something special about BlackBerry that will draw you back.

Never had any Android phone... except a loaner SGS3 from my sister for a vacation. Wife has been an iPhone user and I have been her private IT guy so have seen my share of iOS devices. But owned none.

Always been a BlackBerry guy, and admit that many BlackBerry devices were inferior in many aspects since launch, but that changed a little for Z30 and then a lot for Passport.
