So when I first got my BlackBerry Passport about 3 weeks back, I could still download my movies from BlackBerry World. I know that the services were stopped a while back, but I could still download my movies. Well I got a new BlackBerry Passport, because I gave my original to my wife. Now when I sign in, I get the message in the picture I've attached. Long after the service was shut down, I could still download my movies. I did it on all of my other BlackBerry devices, but now it just doesn't work anymore. Anyone else?

I've had similar issues before, usually requiring a reboot to clear the error before I could download something. It's worth a try. Sometimes, an error is internal to the phone.

Okay. I will try that, thanks.

Did you ever get it to work for you, anon5989741? I have the same error message; it won't allow me to download purchased movies.

I've been using the same Z10 for 3 years, so the problem isn't because I'm using a different phone.
