    Ok let me try to explain all this. I have a 8300 it has worked great. But now I get anything bluetooth. It says it is connected. Even goes to the save screen but once I click save it says transfer 100% failed. I can send but not recive. Any help would be great. Thanks so much.

    Did you select where you wanted to receive using BT? You have to go to media and select which folder you want the transfer to go to.
