you also might wanna learn being more specific in your thread title. also, maybe including what you are doing on the phone when you get the error or what programs, if any, cause it.

I am not able to start the phone also. whenever it gets restart the page comes 'device error 400'

Start with pulling the battery. You should leave it out for 5mins. I think you will be OK.

you will pobably have to re-install the OS according to the code. try hooking it up to a PC and see if device manager recognizes it.
