I searched different posts and threads, but couldnt find what I needed help with.
I just received my first bb today and set op my gmail without a hitch. Next was my Outlook. I followed all of the directions and nothing. I know the server address, user name, password and email address is correct, but I get a message saying it was unable to connect with my email. I called bb support and the guy I spoke with had no idea.
I then tried to have the set up program auto detect my settings. It was unable to do so.
So then I tried my last resort, webmail. I set up everything, and still cant get it set up.
