Something is freaky on my incoming messages and I can't figure it out.

I have an 8210 Pearl. There is a picture of an envelope that is opened next to the one message that shows up under the message icon. This will not delete! If someone sends me a new message, I cannot get to it.

Any ideas?

Try a battery pull and see what happens first.
