I've sent 2 invitations to BB users and they remain "pending". Both users tried sending me invitations and I receive the emails, but can't find how to accept them???? I've deleted Messenger and reinstalled, but no luck... Any suggestions?

Do you have their PIN in their contact? You shouldn't need it, but it makes adding contacts much more reliable if you do.

As hilmar2k said above. Add the pin to the specific person in your contacts. When you "add a contact" on BBM, choose the name of the person that the pin is saved under. Makes for smooth sailing from there.

Poe is correct, always add contacts in BBM by PIN, instead of e-mail to avoid the annoying "Pending" notification. If you added by PIN and they are still pending, remove your battery while the device is ON, wait a minute and replace battery. Let us know...
