    I have a curve 9330 and backed up my info to desktop manager, Im trying to restore it on a new device because my other one died, and I hve the fiel but when I open desktop manager it cant see it

    Try unplugging and plugging the bb back in. It may take awhile the first time for DM to connect since it is new to DM as well. Let us know how it goes. Good luck.
