I currently have a Blackberry Pearl, and just purchased a curve 8520.
My problem is this. The port on my Pearl is fried, which is whyt I had to dump it. And I never downloaded my contacts to my laptop.
I need to use the web on my Pearl to somehow download my contacts to a site, then import them into my 8520. I tries gmail, but it won't let me download the program to the Pearl.
Is there a good website that you recommend?

Do a search for blackberry online backup, here and on google. I saw one mentioned in a old post. Sorry I can't remember, but I think it is possible. It would be a good idea to get in the habit of backing up....Often. Best of luck!
