Hello everyone,

I can't for the life of me find any official channels for this on Blackberry's site, so I figured I would ask here.

I administer my company's email server. It was added to some antispam blocklists a few weeks ago, but the issue is all taken care of and the server is unblocked everywhere else and has stayed unblocked. However, none of my Blackberry users have gotten any emails on the company address since then (no BES, we are all on BIS). I'm pretty convinced that Blackberry blocked my email server and now I need to find some resource to get in touch with to go through whatever steps are needed to get my server unblocked.

Anyone have any info they can share with me?

Try logging into your BIS Carrier website and see if there's a blacklist rule set up. Google your carrier name followed by BIS Login.
