Need help blackberry pearl flip 8230 plzz!!!

My blackberry pear flip 8230 worked great for mw until i decided to upgrade it. Ever since upgraded it got rid of my internet icon. Have done everything coule possible think. Ive wiped my handhelp ive tried re upgrading ect. I don't have any service books. It did work before the up grade. More like a down grade truthfully. The guy i spoke with said he could zap it??? Can anyone help me please! Cant send or recieve pics download get online nothing. I do have the data internet stuff in my plan.:confused:

Resend the service books.

You can do this yourself online, or you can call your service provider and ask them to do it.
