Hello Everyone....

I Have Huge Problem....i Bought A Blackberry Bold On Craigslist...
(i Have Bought From Craigslist Many Times) And This Is The First Time This Happened To Me....

So Here We Go....

I Was Trying To Set Up My Blackberry E-mail To The Bold (i Already Have An Account With An 8800)...
I Was Doing The Switch Device Method And It's Saying That The Pin # Is Suspended Or Deactivated....so I Called People At Tmobile And Blackberry People And I Come To Find Out That It's A Stolen Blackberry....and That The Pin # Is Not Working....so My Question Is....

Is There Anyway I Can Have This Phone Activated Again...or Get A New Pin # Set Up So I Could Use The Other Function Of The Blackberry....

Please Help....

Nope you're screwed. If you paid with pay pal open a dispute or call the cops. Each pin is unique to each device

I would say no . If it's been reported stolen and the PIN deactivated then you have a paperweight.

IF RIM was to assign a different PIN then all they would be doing is promoting stealing and reassigning .

Sorry for your misfortune...but I do believe you are out of luck
