HI!

So i've returned about 4 Tours in the past TWO weeks due to A. trackball issues B. dead pixels

So i finally emailed Verizon, they offered to trade my Tour for a Storm 2... should I go for it, or should I continue trading my Tour for new ones? I love love my Tour, but I'm annoyed with the issues I keep coming across... what would you do? I need to decide-any advice would be greatly appreciated what's the difference between both phones ( besides wifi )

i would stay with the Tour. Just personal preference, but i like physical keyboards and keyboard shortcuts.

Ehh, give the Storm2 a shot, but make sure to tell them that you want the 30 day trial, and if you don't like it you still get the option to get back into a Tour... they should allow you to do this. Who knows, maybe you'll like the touch screen!
