I have a 8350i with version 4.6.1.83. Im almost always unable to use my navigation. It says it cant get a GPS read or something like that. Sometimes if I keep trying it will work but it's rare. Is this something that will be corrrected if I get the newer version? Strange but im ussually able to use the GPS on the map feature.
Ive been unable to update it as I have an older Mac (IbookG4) with a version of OSX thats not compatable with the disc which came with the phone.
Id like to get this working s it seems like it works well.

yes doing an update will fix your GPS problem

The update fixed my problem, the gps is pretty fast now.
