Except for a slight learning curve, mine has been perfect.
At first, I didn't like the battery but now even that is fine!

I don't really think its much of a learning curve. And in all honesty, it isn't any harder than an iPhone. With an iPhone, you push a button. With the Z10, you swipe. Does the same thing. Except you can do more with a swipe

BlackBerry Travel recently saved an entire day for me. Long story but suffice to say that when you miss your connection and know as much about your options as the airline rep, it helps.

That one day more than paid for my phone.

But I still haven't been able to randomly reboot. I feel kind of cheated.

No real issues with my Z. I think it may have rebooted on me once, and I've had mine since launch day here in Canada. That being said, I'm not going to discount the people who do have rebooting issues. Its a problem that's out there, much like the bricking 9900s a few years ago.

If you have a Windows computer do this: Copy all your songs to your Music folder on your Windows computer. Open Media Player. Let it set for a while. Depending on how many songs, it could take a few hours. Media Player will properly organize your songs in artist/album folders, download album art and song titles, etc. Open your Music folder and your songs should be well organized and album art files should be in the right places. Delete all the music files off you BB media card after you are very, very sure you have a backup. Copy you Windows Music folder contents to your Music folder on the BB media card. Everything should be straightened out.

Windows Media Player is awesome at organizing music.

If you have a Mac, you have my sympathy.
