When I change my sound to vibration on my BOLD 9700; it doesn't work. It doesn't vibrate. It barely vibrates when I get an alert. I also changed my setting to vibrate on all profiles, and it still doesn't work. It worked last night but not today or yesterday day 'day'.
Please help!

Make sure it's not somehow entering "bedside" mode when it isn't working. That would cause it to not work as I recall.

Have you tried a battery pull? You said you're sure it can vibrate? Go to options>status, and type "test" while on that screen and it'll let you run through diagnostics including making sure the vibration works.

I had the opposite problem (phone would buzz, but not play a ringtone), and a battery pull solved it

I had a problem in which no notifications worked, not even the LED. When a battery pull didn't work, I got service books, and it all started working again.

Thank you, only problem is that I have set it to vibrate on all profiles and it doesn't.
