My Q5 has been booting at 99% for 2days...help!

My phone has been okay till it stopped detecting the simcard 5days ago, on trying to restart the phone, the phone has been on booting mood till the battery spoiled. 2 days ago i changed the battery, yet it is still booting at 99% till date. Can someone be of help, I'm stranded already.

Wipe it using an autoloader. It'll suck, since it's wiping all your data, but at least you'll get your device back up and running.
