Every night I plug in my phone so I will have a full charge in the AM. The problem is, rarely do I have less than 50% left at the end of the day. Am I doing harm to the phone or battery by charging it every day without letting it run down? I hate this battery!! I spent $ on a battery pack and rarely use it!! :-)

Lol this is not actual battery usage

If I keep my phone and use it 5 minutes daily then it will go on for 10 days

With moderate usage it will last 6-11 hours max

Yup, I can relate. I often go the entire weekend on one charge on my Q10. I also bought a spare battery and I haven't had to use it yet.

During the week I can easily go a full work day with my normal usage.

This is the first BlackBerry that has given me that kind of usage since the 9700 days, which was THE best battery life I've ever had on a BlackBerry.

I wish I could agree with you.

75% at around 2am. Device was locked overnight and didn't touch it, woke up at 8:30am to find it at 8%. Charged it and it's at 100% now giving me only 4 measly hours.

That was back home. I'm in Spain now using a local vodafone sim and the battery's been acting up ever since. Possible the carrier/sim is the problem and it's burning through my battery?

What I am wondering is: are you guys really USING your phone? For what I can see everybody who post amazing battery life screen seem not to touch the device. Look at what is under the graph. System 5%, screen 4% and so on. My phone can last three days if I just put it on a table with 2G and wifi.
Anyway Q10 has got a good battery that can last a day with medium to heavy usage. And it is ok for nowadays phones ;-)

Use Sachiese to update and offical os dont worry only if ur phone is at&t locked then I recommend u not to do it

Why should it being locked or not make any difference? My wife's Z10 is locked to T-MOBILE and I always install the latest leak. It's never been a issue.
