I don't know.
It sounds like your phone is ruined, in which case all your info would still technically be accessable if someone could find an alternative way to access the device memory.
But if someone can do that, they can probably get all the info on your phone without getting your phone. Aside from that, I doubt you're worth the effort the information would take to get it (no offense).
