    I didn't realize the reboots was still an issue for people. I'm sorry to hear that. I would probably install a leak if I had issues/errors like that.

    I don't think it is a software issue. It was happening to me so I called AT&T and was issued a warranty replacement for a defective device. It is a known issue at AT&T. My new device has had no restart issues. Good luck!

    Best thing to do is update software. Just be happy it doesn't crash and show that little black clock we all hated so much.

    My cousin has a q5 and he is really tough on his phones and he has had no issues what so ever. His provider is fido in Canada

    The problem is either a loose battery or a faulty battery contact....if the battery is loose...try to place something between the battery door and the battery so that the battery does not have room to move!

    This might sound like a rudimentary solution, but try folder a large piece of paper several times, the placing it between the battery door and the battery itself. It'll act as a wedge and press your battery harder into the phone.

    I had an issue like this with a SIM card.

    The Q10 has a loose battery thing. I had to wedge a piece of business card in there. Works good enough for me.

    I have the same problem. It turns off probably 1 out of 4 times when I set it down. So annoying. I might be giving Verizon a call tomorrow.. I just hate having to put everything back on my phone and install 10.2 again and blahh

    I had this problem with my 9900. As it has been said, a folded piece of paper to keep the battery from moving off the power poles did the job.

    It might be a bad soldering though, so if it doesn't work, you will probably need to get it repaired.
