nevermind, thank you all.
Please don't be offended but your statement that "it's for some reason broken" is very equivocal. Additionally, the statement about one employee "whispering" to another but not advising you of the problem with your device sounds a rather suspicious. Next you state that you are worried that they won't replace it, another equivocal statement. What leads you to believe that it won't be replaced? Next you state "they sent it out somewhere". Once again the equivocal statement. Equivocation is used to identify potentially false, factually inaccurate and misleading statements and your short story if full of these types of statements.
I'm sorry, but based upon your statements, this all seems very difficult to believe.
Uh ok? They told me where they sent it, I just forget the name it was somewhere in Lancaster PA, and I'm worried they won't replace it because they didn't lead me to believe they would, they didn't tell me anything about a new one.

Did you drop the device or expose it to moisture? If you did not, the warranty should cover the problem. If there is any physical damage, you would need insurance.
Did you take the device apart? That also voids the warranty.

I droped the devide once, in the grass, while there was a case on it. And no, the device was a warranty replacement. The only thiing that's been on the devide is a case & screen protector, I necer took it apart

Please forgive me, I'm rather suspicious by nature. It's just me.
Don't feel alone.

Next time remember this: it's okay to ask questions. Always ask questions! You should call the place even now and inquire on the status.
