Hi, I have a BlackBerry Curve 8300 and already download the BlackBerry Desktop Manager version 4.7.0.37. But upon connecting my BlackBerry via the USB cable to the PC, PC doesn't recognize it. I launched the Device Manager and didn't see BlackBerry in the list.
I then borrowed my friend's BB (same model) and connected to the PC using the same USB cable, and the PC recognized it.
