Well that sucks. I am not sure on how specific they can get with BES restrictions. But talk to one of your company IT guys and see if they can enable it for the headset/handsfree profile at minimum so that you can use a headset. Explain that it's for your own safety. However, if the device you are using is for data only and not voice, then they'll probably deny you anyways.
You can't work around it, either they'll enable it or they won't, reasons like this stuff are why I refuse BES options..if it's their device, then by all means they have the right to do so...but if you own the device and pay the bill, I'd never have put it on their BES lol.
