Even if TCL is discontinuing the devices, how sweet would it be to get one or even two OS updates? I could easily go another 2 years on K2 in terms of the device itself and it's functionality and keyboard.

I’m pretty sure Pie is already done if ever started. JC doesn’t give a flying duck about petitions. Just pay TCL past due and I’m sure it come out in matter of minutes.

See... I doubt it was ever started. I suspect they worked on the Motion and KEYone updates to OREO till August. I think it would have been clear to BlackBerry by September that the KEY2 wasn't flying off the shelf, and that Optiemus lauch of the Evolve was a huge flop. By the end of the year I think the decision had been made to shut down. By 1st quarter of 2019 he had let go the two main guys at the mobility division go and announced an end to the device apps.
