So I bought a brand new pair of Audiofly AF78 headphones. Very good and was very excited to use it on my Z10. Unfortunately it turns out it won't work on my Z10!!!

My music app works perfectly with my beats then the moment I plug in these new headphones this message comes up.


The moment I take it out and plug in my old other headphones it goes away and starts working.

Help me out guys!! I paid $200 for these headphones and I have to use it on my stupid iPod touch which is not what I was hoping for

It's a regular 3.5mm headphone jack so I really don't know what's up:/

I got the same problem once. I figured out that it happened when I plugged BlackBerry to my PC. I use sennheiser headphones. I still use them. No problems with headphones or device.
PC virus might have damaged your mp3 files

Got the same issue with the same exact headphone and I ended up contacting my retailer, he replaced it for me. While some didn't work. One did.
Try moving your mp3 files from one directory tp another because that's what I did too

Hey what directory is your music in? Mine is on my SD card on the root of it

Having the same issue with some house of marley - positive vibration headphones. Files both on device memory card or video refuse to play. Fine on playbook or a mp3 player.
