A Friend Of Mine Has An Old Blackberry Looks Like A Bold But Older Has A White button That U Push In To Bring Up Menu The Phone Is Unlocked Also . The Problem Is He Cant Recieve Any Picture Message Any Help Would Be Welcome

If it is older than the 8700 series, it does not support MMS.

There are links for the user guides to all of these old models.

any ideas what could be wrong that he cant recieve pic messages???

MMS is carrier dependent. If he's not receiving them either his carrier doesn't support them or he would have to contact his carrier and find out why he's not receiving them.
