    I have a pearl 8100 and I have version 4.5 and it won't let me sign onto messenger. It says its not supported. Is there any way to get it to work?

    Did you try looking into a download of the program? Possibly through the MSN site?

    Make sure you have the latest version. Get it from mobile.blackberry.com under the IM/social Tab.
