Im using a Blackberry 8320 Curve with Exchange 2003.
When I move a message straight from my outlook mailbox into a pst file within outlook So the message is removed from my mailbox however it stays on my blackberry device. Is there any way of getting the mail deleted/hidden from my Blackberry without having to delete it on the Blackberry?
Welcome to CB! I am not sure if you can do this with Exchange, but normally, you can apply filters for that email address. Go into your BIS account an under "When no filters apply", select "Do not Forward messages to device". Keep in mind that emails you receive on this account won't ever be sent to the phone while this setting is selected.
