okay.. i got an email from a friend this morning with her new toddlers photos attached to it. So i go to open the attachment... and it tells me

"More Request cannot be completed. Service Book information not found"

What? I requested my service books and everything was fine. Came through the email and was registered. So what is the dilemma.

Go to Options > Advanced > Applications. Make sure you have BlackBerry Attachment Service. If you don't, use the app loader to install it.

Ok dude you are totally not getting this. Go to google, and copy and paste this for the search term: "More Request cannot be completed"

Be sure you have the quotes around it.
