Yep, it unfortunately happened in the company i work for too..

After many years running blackberry, my company has announced today its mobile phone replacement program, with the below tittle:

Switch from Blackberry to Smart-phones

Guess which device we can choose from? That�s right: Galaxy S4 or Apple 5S...
we have more than 1'000 employees in the company...

I asked the IT department if I could keep my company blackberry or if they could enable the enterprise service on my private Q10. I got told that they are cancelling all current blackberry contracts and don�t want anything to do with it anymore...

Another bad news, which I blame blackberry, for the lack of communication and marketing...

Are they replacing the MDM solution? If they just kill off BES and not replace it with anything, I don't see why you can't just use your private Q10. We ended up killing of BES 5 (not enough users) and didn't replace it with anything; I'm jumping back and forth between the Z10 and Q10 with no issues.
