    I just purchased another Torch and it was wiped clean before I got it. Each time I sign into MobiHand and select software I already purchased it prompts me again for my email and password. I don't see any way to save this info.

    You need to change your device PIN on your profile. They receive the request and
    alert you with an email that it's been changed a few hours later.
