i have sprint

blackberry curve 8320 latest official 4.0 release

when i recieve an mms it tell sme to download it from a special website... it used to just come up in the message and i could save the picture from there

how do i fix this?

If you have Sprint, then you do not have the 8320. You have either the 8330 or the 8330m.

Not sure what the "4.0 release" is. What exact version of the device OS is on the device? Is it an 8330 or an 8330m?

What you are seeing is, unfortunately, the way that Sprint handles MMS on the one of these devices (the regular 8330, I think).

Yep. That's the problem. It's a Sprint issue.

is there anyway i can get them to send me the 8330m?

Not unless you buy it from them.

And yes, the 8330m handles MMS differently.
