    My wife had an issue with her 9800 not completely booting (continuous rebooting while loading). She had to reinstall the OS and do a restore from a backup that is a couple of weeks old. All is working, but there are two purchases she had made from app world that are not on the device, and they are not showing in My World in App World. Any idea how to get them back?

    Have you tried refreshing App world? Also have you done a Battery pull?

    Try refreshing App World. Go into My World hit ALT + RST.

    Thanks for the direct link; I have filled out a report.

    Funny thing is, even now, trying to browse through blackberry.com, I cannot find that page. I'm on the playbook, and contact us will only take me to playbook support. Trying to go to "desktop site" via the link on blackberry.com just opens a new window to blackberry.com touch version!

    Me: now you only have one bbid, right?
    Wife: of course, what other email address would I use?
    BB support: your app was bought with a different bbid
    Wife: I didn't know I had the device set up with that email! My PB is set up with the one I was using.
