    I have been using Best Buy's mIQ for just over a year and never had issues syncing after wiping my blackberrry tour several times. Now i just received a replacement tour, activated it, downloaded mIQ and nothing. I can login, sync to their site with media and contacts, but nothing comes back. I have a tech request in with mIQ, just figured i would post here for a quicker solution. Thanks!

    Looks like you must to allow mIQ application access to your PIM data (application permissions)
