    After I updated my Z10, everything was perfect except for two issues.

    1. Once a day my screen freezes when I'm in the middle of a whatsapp convo.
    It only happens with whatsapp for some reason. I just restart my phone and then everything goes back to normal. This happens only once almost every day.

    2. My keyboard seemed to have erased all the words that were customized to my use previous to the update.

    Does anyone have any of these issues? Do you think my issue with whatsapp is because of the app itself? Should I just uninstall and reinstall the app?? Thanks in advance.

    As for whatsapp I don't know because I don't use it. Did you update OTA or with an autoloader.exe?

    You're certainly not alone with the whatsapp issue. Mine freezes in a convo at least twice a day. Apparently the only work around is to open and use whatsapp through the app itself and not the hub. Annoying to say the least!
