Microsoft Web Access Problem

All,

I use Micro Web Access to access my school's email account. There seems to be about a 20minute differential btwn when mail is sent to that address and when that same mail actually reaches my device. Is there any way I can make the delivery more immediate like my gmail account?:confused:

Forward email to your BIS account rather than using OWA.

Set a rule up in Outlook that "Redirects" to your Blackberry Email addy.

No Problem - What version of the Outlook do you use in the office?..

I actually dont use Outlook. I use Entourage (Mac's version), but I access the mail account via MS Web Access

anyone know how to walk me through the process?
