Recently when I get a new messenger message. I get an alert but when I click on the conversation the new message from my contact does not appear. I cannot open the message. Also all my comments look unread.
Also my text messages occassionally disappear from my inbox. Why?????
Yes the Blackberry Messenger is the main issue.
So in my messages list I can see the new messenger message but if I try open it, it doesnt appear in the conversation.
Is it possible that you have some setting so that SMS texts are to be deleted after x amount of time? I'm not even sure if such a setting exists... or why it would only delete some... but it's the best I have to offer.
Have you tried calling/going to your carrier? Or calling blackberry?
