I am on the phone with RIM Tech Support as we speak. I have asked them what they plan on doing/what they are currently doing/ and how they plan to resolve the outage. The guy tells me he was not aware of any outage. That no one has called to report any outage. He puts me on hold, and comes back all shocked and tells me they are currently working on the outage (obviously) and that I need to contact my carrier for credit for the outage. Has anyone contacted their respective carrier to see what they will be doing about this? WOW!!!
