On my 8820 I have 2 icons for my email. the first is just a regular icon that looks like a letter, the other is a letter with a little world on the corner.

This morning I had my regular messages and read and erased them. I still have a the little red star on the email with the world on it. When I click it there says there are no messages. How can I clear that off?

Welcome to CB. Sounds like you may have an hidden unread email. After you open that folder, press menu > options > general options.

Change the settings for Hide Filed Messages and Hide Sent messages to No. Now see if you can find the unread message.

Press menu > view saved messages. Anything there?
