i have a small question about bbm messages.

my girlfriend is on a trip to mexico. her bb is turned off.

if i send her bbm message, a ckeck will appear next to the message ive sent her letting know that the message is pending...

how long a message can stay pending?

Sure ? Because i heard once that message was kept pending for a few days and then discarded ?

If the message doesn't get through (for whatever reason) you will be notified on your BB.

7 Days at most. Then the message is dropped from RIM delivery.

ok so to be clear, RIM only allows 7 days of "temporary storage" to pending BBM messages until they are dropped off for good?
