    Ok here goes its a tricky Q? to ask but prob not to asnwer.

    I had 4.3 OS then I upgraded to 4.5 / If I do a Mem Wipe will it also bring me back to my first (oldest OS) ? Back to 4.3?

    No, you will need to downgrade the OS back to 4.3. If you wipe the device all personal information (including applications if you want) will be removed, the old OS is no longer present on the device.
