    Also: Go open your browser. Hit the menu key and go to options>cache options and from there clear out all cache/history/cookies. That will free up space as well.

    i use it as a pda and texting and email. i have used a pda since i was 8. i am a total nerd. everyone at my school goes to me with cell phone,ipod, and computer issues. i have fixed 5 ipods that have gotten wet or dropped.

    Yay!! That is actually a very vital piece of knowledge for any BB owner..... I left Google Maps up once on accident and it drained by battery in less than an hour.

    On a pearl, hitting "7" will take you to the bottom of the menu. Like I said, there are 5 core programs that will remain running. Call Log, Homescreen, BBM, Messages, and Browser.

    ok thanks. i use the 7 shortcut all the time i just didnt think of using it in the menu. browser was the program that wasnt closing. yo uare alot of help. go to the starting em' young post and you can read my story i am right under you in there.
