I get this msg every time I try to launch my media manager to transfer any pictures or songs, and I don't know why it's doing this. Please help!

Media manager is a big pain. It is easier to use Windows Explorer and just drag and drop your files.

i am having the same problem
This fixed it so that you can have mass storage enabled and won't need Roxio.
