    Has anyone else had a problem with the media manager on the new 4.5 OS? My problem is that when I connect to the desktop manager then click on the Media tab, the media manager tab is "ghosted" there, it shows up, but I can't click the "start" tab. Sorry if it sounds confusing, I am new the the forums and fairly new to the whole blackberry thing.

    There are 2 versions available for download from the Blackberry site, with and w/o media manager. It sounds like you have the one without.

    By the way, you don't need Media Manager. Just use Mass Storage Mode to drag and drop your files to your media card.
