Just got a replacement Tour, and it won't read/recognize my media card? It is inserted properly so I don't know how to proceed from here.

Try Options/Memory and make sure Mass Storage Mode is on. Also a Batt Pull might help detect it if you haven't tried that already.

If that doesn't work, copy everyrhing on the card to your computer then format the card and put the stuff back on it and try that. Or just format it and install the card right after that. Works for me
