i asked this question once but no straight answer.

is it possible to make a shortcut to open a folder on a sd card

id like to acess my photos, music, document, etc folders directly.

default is you have to go thru main menu/media/pictures/my pictures>scroll down and only then select a picture...

now on a 8320 it was a death trap
8900 made it a lil faster but seriously 6 steps to get to a picture or a song..

how can i make a shortcut in main menu

or even better assign a key combination like a speed dial so i can open a folder directly without going thru all the damn steps?

seems like there are some basic functions left out on purpose so we would have to purchase addons.
