I've had a BB Curve for 5 months, on VZ. Everything has been working well until yesterday. I stopped receiving mail, can not send it either and I could no longer access the internet.
Suggestions? Seems like some connection got turned off?
You need to call Verizon. Had to delete all of my service books except provisioning (they will walk you through this) and then re-register you on the network. Took about 20 minutes. Posted a thread earlier about this since VZW blamed it on a general Blackberry outage. Now I'm wondering since no one else seems to have been reporting it. Good luck!
