    I just got a 9650 (went from a treo 755p). I am using BIS to connect to my firm's email by linking to the owa. When I read email on my BB, it is marked as read in my outlook. However, when I read an email in outlook, is does not get marked as read on my BB. Is there a setting or something else I can do to fix this?

    Also, items deleted in my outlook don't get removed from BB. Do I have something configured incorrectly or is the BIS - OWA combo just terrible?

    BIS can't do that, it only works one way from your blackberry and there's no way around it.
