If a person emails me from a Lotus Notes email account and I reply, I lose all of my line returns -- any idea on how to resolve this? (For instance,

Not too sure what to do to remedy. If I reply to the Lotus Notes address and also BCC a gmail address, for instance, the gmail formatting is correct (i.e. as intended).
